Adoption Application Form

Finding the best possible home for every cat and kitten is Saint Cats Rescue’s top priority. Applications that use AI to complete any part of the form will be automatically rejected and not contacted. Before applying, please carefully read each cat’s bio, as it details the specific type of home they need to thrive. Additionally, all kittens under 1 year of age must be adopted in pairs or go to a home that already has a suitable, playful companion—either another cat aged 1–3 years or a dog of similar energy level—to ensure proper socialization and companionship.
